The weekend will feature a variety of opportunities for education and healing as nature intended. Attendance to the Health Expo exhibits is FREE to the public. participants will learn how the Aframerican experience has shaped the
American musical landscape and how this music has, and continues to,
shape the growth and development and elevation of consciousness.
Baritone Emery Stephens, a native Bostonian, has been a part of music
ministry for more than 30 years at several churches and spiritual
centers. He holds a Doctor of Musical Arts in Voice Performance from the
University of Michigan and Master of Music degree in voice performance
from Boston University. Dr. Stephens is on the music faculty at Eastern
Michigan University.
